What is the difference between a drug packaging machine and a regular packaging machine? According to the structure of the packaging machine itself, it can be divided into two types: vertical packaging machine and horizontal packaging machine. Generally speaking, vertical packaging machine has a faster packaging speed, but the packaging range is small, usually only for single products such as medicine boards. Horizontal packaging machine can box multiple products, such as soap, drugs, hardware products, etc.
Other packaging machines:
(1) Medication instructions must be inserted;
(2) The paper box should be randomly printed with production date, product batch number, expiration date, etc. (such as special drug supervision code);
(3) Packing quantity statistics (should comply with the counting and distribution requirements of Article 4703 of the "GMP Certification Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Drugs");
(4) Conduct quality inspection on the inner packaging of drugs;
(5) Able to adapt to batch/batch replacement requirements. For other packaging machines, these special points do not need to be fully met.
Drug packaging machine:
1) According to the way the package enters the cardboard box, it can be divided into horizontal and vertical types. It is a type of machine called a horizontal type that pushes the packaging material horizontally into the cardboard box, and a vertical type where the packaging material enters the cardboard box vertically.
2) According to the sealing form of the paper box, it can be divided into tongue insertion, adhesive bonding, mixing, labeling, unfolding, self-locking, etc.
3) According to the shape of the wrapped object, it can be divided into sheet materials (such as bubble wrap packaging), bottle shaped, hose shaped, and irregular shapes.
4) According to the specifications of the package, it can be divided into single piece, double piece, multiple pieces, combination pieces (such as 1 antibiotic bottle powder injection+1 water injection), etc.
