What is the workflow of an automated packaging machine?
The packaging process is mainly divided into five steps: cutting, packing, unpacking, filling, and sealing.
Discharger: First, the feeder is sent to the conveyor belt, and the microcomputer transmits the instructions to the folding machine and suction box equipment.
Lower box device: Extract the box from the box and place it in the box transfer guide.
Unpacking: The guide rail clamp fixes the cardboard box, and the push plate pushes the cardboard box open. The two clamp plates move with the cardboard box, clamping the side edges of the cardboard box from front to front, so that the cardboard box opens at a right angle and advances towards the filling area.
Box: The conveyor belt of the automatic box loading machine transports materials, and the push rod pushes the materials into the empty box.
Closing: After the material is pushed into the box by the push rod, the cardboard box enters the guide rail to drive the closing station. Before closing, the mechanism will bend the tongue of the cardboard box and push the box cover to bend, so that the tongue can be inserted into the box.
