1、 Equipment maintenance
Maintaining and protecting the performance and technical condition of equipment through general methods such as wiping, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment is called equipment maintenance. There are four main requirements for equipment maintenance and upkeep:
(1) Clean the equipment inside and outside in a neat manner, with no oil stains on all sliding surfaces, screws, racks, gearboxes, oil holes, etc., and no oil or gas leakage in all parts. Clean up any chips, debris, and dirt around the equipment;
(2) Tools, accessories, and workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipelines and circuits should be organized;
(3) Lubricate well and add or change oil on time, continuously oil, without dry friction.
(4) Safely comply with safety operating procedures, do not overload the equipment, and ensure that the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate unsafe factors.
(1) Daily maintenance of equipment
The daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, and monthly maintenance
1. Daily maintenance
The daily maintenance is carried out by the equipment operators on duty, carefully paying attention before, during, and after the shift.
(1) Before shift, wipe the equipment and lubricate and refuel according to regulations. Check whether the position of the handle and the manual operation part are correct and flexible, check the wear of the suction cup, and if the wear is severe, replace it. Check whether the safety device is reliable. Run at low speed to check whether the transmission is normal, lubrication and cooling are smooth.
(2) During the shift, pay attention to whether the operation sound, equipment temperature, pressure, electrical, Pressure system, instrument signal and safety insurance are normal.
(3) After shift, turn off the switch. Remove dirt, wipe off oil stains on the guide rail surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the workplace, organize accessories and tools.
2. Weekly maintenance
Weekly maintenance is carried out by equipment operators every weekend.
(1) Clean the appearance of the equipment guide rail, various transmission parts, and exposed parts, and clean the work site.
(2) Operate the transmission to check the technical condition of each part, tighten the loose parts, and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlock and safety devices. Achieve normal transmission sound, safety and reliability.
(3) Wipe the motor, inspect insulation, and ground the electrical system to ensure completeness, cleanliness, and reliability.
3. Monthly maintenance
Monthly maintenance is carried out by equipment maintenance workers on a monthly basis;
(1) Check the tightness of the chain, belt, and paper box conveyor belt, and ensure that the belt is firmly pressed down with your fingers without significant deviation of the chain.
(2) Check the wear of the box opener and replace the air filter.
(3) Check if the motor belt has been replaced.
(4) Add MP lubricating oil to the bearings every six months. Before filling, remove the old oil and replace the bearings according to their condition.
(2) First level maintenance
The first level maintenance is mainly carried out by operators, assisted by maintenance workers, who carry out partial disassembly and inspection of equipment according to the plan, clean specified parts, dredge oil circuits and pipelines, adjust the fit gaps of various parts of the equipment, and tighten various parts of the equipment. The first level maintenance takes 4-8 hours, with the main purpose of reducing equipment wear, eliminating hidden dangers, extending equipment service life, and providing guarantee for completing production tasks until the next maintenance period in terms of equipment.
(3) Secondary maintenance
The second level maintenance is mainly carried out by maintenance workers, with the participation of operators. Level 2 maintenance is included in the equipment maintenance plan, which involves partial disassembly, inspection, and repair of equipment, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning, oil replacement, and inspection and repair of electrical components to ensure that the technical condition of the equipment fully meets the requirements of the specified equipment integrity standards.
